1. What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-ordering is a way to purchase and secure items you want even if they are listed as out of stock in the shop.

2. How long will it take to receive a pre-order item(s) after I place an order?

The time to make and deliver items depends on the type and quantity of items purchased and the backlog of work at the time of order. Every pre-order purchase will be acknowledged via email within 1-2 business days of receipt and each response will include an estimated time to deliver your item(s).

3. Can Pre-Order purchases be cancelled?

Pre-orders can be cancelled provided the cancellation request is received prior to fabrication.

4. How do I cancel a pre-order?

Send a pre-order cancellation request to GeoffsCustomCreations@gmail.com and I will issue you a refund if your order has not been started.

5. What is the difference between a Pre-order and a wait list request?

Pre-orders secure your place in the production line because you have paid for the item while wait listed requests are always processed after all pre-orders are completed.
